Shipping policy

Once a shipping label is created for an order, it cannot be changed or cancelled. 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

Stun Gun Policy: Stun guns cannot be shipped to the following locations: Hawaii, Rhode Island, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Wisconsin and internationally.

Pepper Spray Policy: Pepper spray cannot be shipped to the following locations: New York, Massachusetts, Alaska, and internationally. 

Kitty Knuckle + Knife Policy: Kitty Knuckles can only be shipped within the United States + Puerto Rico.

 

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are processed in 3-7 business days which excludes weekends and holidays. Please remember processing time is separate from shipping time. 

Shipping time: All orders are shipped with USPS.  
USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 business days*
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days*

All orders $100+ will require a signature at delivery.

Fabulyss Boutique is not responsible for any custom fees for out of country orders.

Any orders that are returned back to us due to an insufficient address or unclaimed package will be subject to a 10% restock fee. If the customer chooses for it to be re-shipped, they will be responsible for the reshipment fee*.

*NOTE : Shipping fees vary by the weight of the package.

 

PACKAGE PROTECTION:

Fabulyss Boutique offers package protection for all orders. Package protection provides protection on orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged (in accordance to the criteria). This insurance is automatically applied to all orders unless manually removed by the customer. Review is done by our internal audit system and if deemed valid after investigation, you will have the option to have your order re-shipped or refunded.

For orders NOT covered by package protection: Fabulyss Boutique is not responsible for any lost packages that are marked as "delivered". For any lost packages, please file a claim with USPS directly.
